1. Returns & Refunds
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Condition: (For Physical Goods) Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@heritage1965.com with your order number. Once we receive your request (and/or returned item), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
